Gillian has been expertly taking care of our travel plans for several years, during which time we have been to South America, Singapore, Bali, Australia, Hong Kong, the Caribbean, the Mediterranean, the Greek Islands and the USA several times, including a Mississippi cruise on the world’s largest paddle steamer, The American Queen.
Experiencing the carnival in Rio, the Grand Ole Opry in Nashville and Graceland in Memphis are memorable highlights.
Gillian works hard, is extremely flexible with her time, gives lots of good advice and responds quickly to any queries or problems, always making sure our requirements are met. We cannot recommend her and Holidaysplease highly enough.
When the 'Beast from the East' caused huge problems a couple of years ago, we found ourselves stuck in London en route to Miami. Gillian was relentless in trying to find solutions and managed to reroute us via Chicago, still making it to our cruise just on time!
With our planned trip to Alaska and Canada this year being cancelled due to the pandemic, Gillian is currently working with us to reschedule the trip for next year.
