We had such a fabulous time in Istanbul and Cappadocia - we need another holiday to recover from all the exploring!
Both the Niles and Maya Cave hotels were fantastic, and exactly the type of places we love.
We honestly couldn’t fault either and felt we got true Turkish hospitality and a really authentic homely vibe.
